Terms of Service
Plain terms for a small product. This page says what Mustyn does, what it costs, who owns what, and what happens when either of us wants to stop.

That address is read, and it is the one the product sends its email from. Legal notices and requests about your data are answered from there.
By creating an account or using Mustyn, you agree to these terms. If you are using Mustyn for a production company, an agency or a studio, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” means that organisation.
What Mustyn does
Mustyn builds call sheets and delivers them. You create a shoot day, add the people on it, and publish. Each person receives a personal link to their own view of the day, and you can see who has opened it. You can import an existing call sheet — a PDF, an image, a spreadsheet or pasted text — and Mustyn reads it into a day you can edit.
Your crew never needs an account, and your crew is never billed.
Your account
Signing in is by email link: you enter your address, we send a link, and following it signs you in. There is no password to lose, which also means that whoever can read your inbox can enter your account. Keep that address under your control, and tell us through our contact form if it is compromised.
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. Your plan sets how many seats your side gets — how many people from your organisation can sign in and work on your days. People you send a call sheet to are not seats.
What a shoot day costs
Every plan includes the whole product. What a plan changes is how many Days you get, how many seats you have, and how far back your delivery log goes.
- Free — 5 Days, for life. One seat. Ninety days of delivery log. Ten imports read for you per month. Sheets carry a “Sent with Mustyn” line that cannot be removed. No card, ever.
- Studio — $49 a month, or $490 a year. 5 Days a month that stack up, or 60 released the day you sign on the annual plan. Three seats. Unlimited delivery log.
- Company — $149 a month, or $1,490 a year. 20 Days a month that stack up, or 240 on the annual plan. Unlimited seats, fine-grained roles, multi-brand, weekend standby.
- Day packs — $15 for one Day, $39 for three, $109 for ten. A one-off purchase, good for 24 months, two seats. Not a subscription.
Days on a subscription never expire while you are subscribed. If you cancel, you have 90 days to use the balance. Day packs live out their 24 months whatever happens to your plan.
You will never hit a wall the night before a shoot. On the free plan and on packs you can go two Days into the red: a day for a job already under way always goes out, and the balance is settled afterwards. We warn you when you are down to two Days.
Paid plans are not open yet
As of the date at the top of this page, we are not taking payment. The prices above are the published grid and the terms that will apply, but there is no checkout in the product today and no card is collected anywhere. Everyone is on the free plan. When paid plans open, payment will be handled by a third-party payment provider, we will name it on this page and in our Privacy Policy before it processes anything, and nothing will be charged to you without you choosing a plan first.
Refunds and price changes
- Fourteen days to change your mind on any first purchase. Thirty days on a Day pack you have not started using.
- If we raise a price, you get 60 to 90 days’ notice and keep your current price for twelve months. We do not sell lifetime deals, so we will never have to break one.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include tax. What gets added depends on where you are: US sales tax where it is due, French VAT if you are in France, nothing if you are a business elsewhere in the European Union and give us a valid VAT number (reverse charge). Our VAT number is FR74 106 806 268.
What you put into Mustyn
Your call sheets, your schedules, your documents, your contacts and your logo stay yours. We claim no ownership of them. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store that content, to process it, to render it as a call sheet, and to deliver it to the people you choose to send it to.
We do not sell your content, we do not use it to advertise, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models — ours or anyone else’s. Where a model reads your document, it reads it to do the import you asked for and nothing else; that is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Your crew’s details are your responsibility first
Almost everything in a call sheet is somebody’s personal data: names, mobile numbers, private email addresses, sometimes an address. You are the one who decides to collect it and to send it, so you are the one who must have the right to do that. Mustyn handles that data on your instructions and for you.
In practice: send call sheets only to people who are working on the shoot, do not put on a sheet what does not need to be on it, and take a person off when they leave the job. If someone on one of your sheets asks us to remove their details, we will point them to you and help you do it.
What the import can and cannot do
When you import a call sheet, a language model reads the document and returns its contents as structured data. It is good, and it is not certain. It can misread a handwritten time, split one person into two, or drop a line it did not recognise as a line.
That is why an import lands in a review step and not straight into a published day. You are responsible for what you publish. Check the day before it goes out — particularly the call times, the address, and who is on the sheet.
What you may not do
- Send call sheets, or anything else, to people who have not agreed to hear from you about a production. Mustyn is not a mailing tool.
- Upload content you have no right to share, or content that is unlawful.
- Try to reach accounts, sheets or crew links that are not yours, or probe the service for ways to do so. Telling us about a hole you found is welcome; walking through it is not.
- Resell Mustyn, or run it as a service for someone else under another name, without a written agreement from us.
- Put automated load on the service that a production would not produce.
Availability
We do not promise a service level. Mustyn is a young product run by a small team; it will be down sometimes, and it will change. The Company plan includes weekend standby, which means someone is reachable — not that nothing will break.
A published call sheet stays reachable to the people it was sent to for as long as your account is open. If the application is unavailable, the crew page and the calendar file are served separately from the app, which is deliberate: the sheet is what the shoot depends on.
Stopping
You can stop whenever you want, from your account or by writing to us. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to send unsolicited mail, or that puts the service or other people’s data at risk — with notice, unless the situation does not allow for it.
After you stop, your data stays readable and exportable for twelve months. Ask us to erase it sooner and we will. What happens to it after that is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
Mustyn is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for a shoot that went wrong — a missed call time, a sheet that reached the wrong person, a day that was not checked before it was published. Those decisions are yours and the tool does not remove them.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost productions, lost data you had another copy of. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these terms
We will change this page as the product changes. If a change matters to you — pricing, what we do with your content, how you can stop — we will tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading. Continuing to use Mustyn after a change means you accept it.
Law and disputes
Kompa is a French company, so these terms are governed by French law and the courts of Versailles, France have jurisdiction. That is true wherever you are: if you are a business in the United States or anywhere else, you are contracting with a French company, and this is the law that applies.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not take away the protections of the law where you live, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your own courts where the law gives you that right.
Before going anywhere near a court, write to us through our contact form — almost everything is a misunderstanding that gets fixed the same week.
Reaching us
Use our contact form for anything: a question about these terms, a request about your data, or a legal notice. It reaches the same people, and every message is recorded.
