Add who is on set — role, department, call time.
Set the location, the schedule and the notes each department needs.

What goes on a call sheet
Crew call and individual call times, the shoot location with parking and access notes, the schedule for the day, the nearest hospital, and the department notes that keep camera, G&E and wardrobe from asking the same question twice. Phone numbers are usually left off past 20–30 crew — the sheet is not a directory.
