A Day is one shoot day published to its team for the first time.
Counted once
- ✓The first time a day goes out to the people on it.
Republishing that same day never costs a second one — however many times it moves.
Never counted

Days are the meter — and your plan also sets how many people on your side can sign in and edit: 1 on Free, 2 with a day pack, 3 on Studio, no limit on Company. The crew who receive the sheet are never seats, and never billed.

What if I run out of days mid-job?
You never hit a wall the night before. Free and day packs carry a two-day overdraft — the publish goes out, you settle up after. We warn you when two days are left.
Do unused days expire?
On monthly they arrive every month and stack as long as you’re subscribed. On annual, the whole year lands on day one. Packs stay good for 24 months. If you cancel, you have 90 days to use the balance.
Does my crew pay anything?
No. They open a link — no account, no app to install, never billed. Same for anyone you give read-only access.
Can I get a refund?
14 days on any first purchase. An untouched pack, 30 days.
What counts as a seat?
Someone on your side who signs in and edits. The people who receive the sheet are not seats, on any plan.
Will my price change?
You get 60 to 90 days’ notice, and your price is held for 12 months after that. No lifetime deals — we’d rather still be here in three years.
Monthly or annual?
Annual is two months free, and every day lands upfront instead of trickling in. Monthly if your year is unpredictable — nothing expires while you’re subscribed.
Do I lose my contacts if I stop paying?
No. Your address book is yours on every plan, Free included, and everything stays readable and exportable for 12 months.
